before:
The more you allow your body to prepare, the easier everything will be.
Prior to starting, start to cut out your daily indulgences like alcohol, caffeine, meat, dairy and sugar (don't worry, you'll see them again soon!).
During:
Ensure there's a consistent gap between each consumption, allowing your body to absorb nutrients and maintain energy levels (ie. every two hours).
It is normal to have a headache the day OF AND after. The body is detoxing. Drink plenty of water to help flush the system faster.
light exercise and stretching IS ALLOWED.
if possible, choose a day where you are home and able to relax most of the day.
After:
Post-reset eating is all about slowly progressing from easily digestible, hydrating foods (think plant-based) to the heavier, more filling foods (think dairy, grains and proteins).

upon wake up: start the day with a large glass of room temperature water, lemon and a pinch of salt

3. daily verde: kale, celery, parsley, cucumber, ginger + lemon
